Since 7 years on the Kurfürstendamm and already an institution. The Balthazar! Both the cuisine and ambiance are urbane and communicative. From behind the glass facade you can keep an eye on what’s happening on the Kurfürstendamm while being culinarily spoilt by top chef Holger Zurbrüggen and his team. Central to the restaurant is the 4m long Balthazar Table, where the Balthazar menu of up to 12 courses is celebrated, and where guests are served from the 12 litre Balthazar Bottle. The cuisine is described by owner and Head Chef Holger Zurbrüggen as metropolitan: world-wide influences acting on a basis of classic central European and Berlin styles. We offer up to 80 seats in the Balthazar and can also offer a fine dining room for up to 36 or 40 guests - available by prior arrangement. We look forward to seeing you in the Balthazar soon! The restaurant Balthazar shares its classical building with Louisa’s Place, an exclusive 5 star suite hotel, which we can highly recommend.
